Couldn’t wait for the weekend and tried the bacon and egg on toast this morning.
1 slice of bread, 3 rashers of streaky bacon arranged in a ring on the bread, crack 1 egg in the middle of the bacon and season with black pepper, I think the pepper was a mistake.
Air fry for 10 min at 180C as per the YouTube video, not enough so did another 2 mins, it was very nice indeed, it had 12 mins in total but could probably have done with 15 min.
I’d normally grill the bacon, use the hob to fry the egg and the toaster to do the toast, it’s got to be cheaper and given there in no butter on the toast and the egg is not fried it must be healthier, also hardly any washing up.
