I did write to Motability about the missing items.Their reply was “If I was not happy with the car, due to the missing items, then reject the car.” I also contacted Peugeot UK regarding compensation. That got know where.
The dealership refused to compensate as it was a manufactures problem due to chip shortages.
@Fastbike1000 It would be nice if they did, but some how I can’t see it happening. Same goes for the other missing items.
