Over the last 27 months for our Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV I have kept a very detailed Excel spreadsheet.
To date we have covered 14601 miles, approximately 2000 of those miles towing a 1500kg caravan, our previous Ford Kuga diesel powershift would have used 365 gallons of diesel @ an average of 40 mpg £2920.
Over the same period our Outlander PHEV including electric and petrol £1342.
I realise the the Kona cannot tow our caravan, however to cover the same distance of 14601 miles @ our current 5 pence a kWh off peak EV rate £146.01
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
