I guess they will say when you contact them and tell them you want to hand back the car you have and cancel you current order and you’re no longer wanting another car on the scheme at the end of your lease.
For what ever reasons you have for doing so. Imo it should be no issue at all.
I recently left the scheme also but handed the car back early and they was ok about it. They reduced the early termination fee to £50 instead of £250 and in the current climate it’s understandable with such high ap’s and long waiting times. Athough if you have home charging an ev could be alot cheaper to run.
I doubt they will charge you for the install, but what it would meen is that if you was to rejoin the scheme they would not fit another charger or if you changed address. Going by what they have on the site about the charger installation.
We’ll only pay for your first chargepoint to be installed, for your first fully electric car. So if you move home and you need a new chargepoint, you’ll need to pay for this and it could cost you from £750.
Did they send you any terms and conditions of the install. if they did I’d read them, if they didn’t then there’s no terms and conditions.
