Xz130 – have you tried charging it to max then drive to nearest charging point – Tesco are free if you have one near – if it charges past the point you could at home then it could be your charger.
Have you checked your settings – I think I’m right in saying you can set max % charge in car and on Bluelink. – so perhaps my suggestions should be tried in reverse order – check settings first then another charger.
If your dealer is close then use them as the other charger – as for the settings – when I got my car on Tuesday the dealer went thru various things with me – he was very patient and spent about 20mins – but it soon became apparent I new more about what it could do – if not necessarily how.
