Hi Ian, thanks for the info, I was told my car was on the Glovis Clipper, which docked on the 27th March and left Tilbury on the 29th for Antwerp. The dealer said it had gone through customs and was waiting to go on a transporter. Do you know how long the process takes from disembarking to arriving at the dealers, nobody I speak to has an answer, including Hyundai, which is extremely poor.
