Just find a local garage that does wheel alignment, some have laser set ups but they tend to be commercial garages. If the wheel is out of tracking they will fix pretty quickly. Cause could be the wheel has hit the curb with some force or even hit a bad pot hole. If the the worse case the track rod is bent, then that would need replacing.
