There have actually been people that have left the scheme after they decided they would not put all the reserves back to the scheme making it easier to get a grant or APs dropped but know, the scheme that was setup to help disabled people be mobile and paid for by disabled motorists decided with their excess to give none back, its why my next change will probably be my last to a electric and then I am just buying it outright after 5 years.
