Dla mobility component was hard to get, I was denied first time, made the appeal denied again, made an application for first tier tribunal, it obviously goes higher up then they obviously looked at all reports sent, then it was granted straight away with what I would class as a generous reward for mobility.
I don’t think dla runs a points system but have certain criteria you must meet before you apply, but I found even though criteria was met they still deny.
