My partner had her assessment last Friday. We had a call the previous day reminding us and letting us know she may be 30mins late calling. She was 30mins late l calling (no issues because we were warned) and the call took 1hr 15min but the constant tapping of the keyboard was infuriating! I asked her if she could do something about it and she refused saying her phone was on speaker because she had to type… Seriously we have to put our trust (and basically our future) in someone who is too thick to use a headset??? Very rude lady which caused a very stressful call. My partner was in tears during most of the call. Some of the questions and just rude and not applicable at all. I seriously think these people think we want to live like this… I am not even the awarded person but I feel discrimination myself.
