Elliot, no issues on engine, yes there was a little more low down torque, on the x1 diesel, but the engine on the GC is more than enough, and is definitely a much more exciting car to drive, may need to flick it in to sport mode, to really shift off a line, but its also a very relaxed drive long distance, plenty of punch to overtake. With 2 up, and a some luggage.
