<p style=”text-align: right;”>Apparently dealers now have to get authorisation from Motability before they can carry out a scheduled service. I was told by the dealer that a  Seat  Leon 1.5 evo, on a motability contract will not be serviced until two years old, of has completed 14000 miles, whichever comes first. I was told that although this is  higher than the Seat recommended service interval, it  does not breach the contract agreement , as it is at Motability UKs agreed service terms with Seat.  However, the dealer has said the service warning can be reset by them at no charge if  required.   So long as it is compliant with the contract terms, I am happy with that, although a future purchaser of the car might not be.</p>
