I fail to see how you couldn’t get another car if all you want is transport then you don’t need to get a new car do you! Having the luxury of a new car on the scheme is just that, a luxury and if you need transport then just get something that isn’t brand new, after all the car is to help your mum and doesn’t need to be new in order to get you to uni and back, sometimes you have to compromise and I don’t mean you have to run around in a banger, there are lots of deals available for less than the monthly PIP money leaving enough to cover the other things offered on the scheme.
