The halogen fog lights don’t come when turning Jim, not sure what made you think that? but I’ll agree halogen lights are pants, and no doubt a cost cutting exercise when the car was being developed!
You can change them for Xenon look bulbs. Generally they have a blue coating that in itself looks cool but when lit, shine a brilliant white. They look more in keeping with xenon or LED headlights ?
