“most ambitious and transformative disability plan in a generation”. Oh, right, just like PIP then. We’ll all get fewer benefits and be further worked over by Boris and his thugs. No change there then.
“Much money will be spent to little effect.” Little effect on the plight of disabled folks. Much effect on the fullness of pocket for Boris’s mates with the fees they’ll get for the committees, study groups, promulgatory quangos. They will ignore disabled needs, change the rules to make sure no-one gets benefits etc. Laughing all the way to the bank!
