You just download it to the SD card that is in the car.

I have a 2018 Tiguan, and the map was changed by the dealer last year, ever since then, it thinks the speed limit on dual carriageways is 60mph. I drive along a certain single carriageway near where I live where the speed limit is 40mph, the car says its 30, it passes 40mph signs and the map says 40mph and changes back to 30mph within 50M. At one stretch of the road the map changes to 60mph then 100M later it changes back to 30mph, but only in one direction. Took it back to the dealer, they said there was a fault, they had it for 48 hours, but could not fix it. They told me to contact VW in the UK, I did this but have never had a reply, I tried downloading the update from my computer, but could not get it to load.

Their is a problem with the speed issues on VW maps. They just can not seem to fix them. Everyone has the same problem with the speed issue on the VW maps.

My Peugeot constantly swaps between 60 and the national speed limit sign on dual carriageways where it should just stay at 70, maybe it’s their way of trying to slow everyone down. ?
