Put your wrists under cold running water . Put a damp flannel on your forehead  when you go to bed . Eat an ice cream or lolly. Wear a hat or cap outside . Invest in a mini pocket fan

Mike, fortunately, we haven’t needed any tips to keep us cool up here. Yesterday was a nice day but not hot enough to need any cooling-down procedures.

The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
Anything i post over three lines long please assume it is an article lol.

On our rare hot days I also use the cold water solution Mike. I soak my face every hour or so and it is so refreshing. Mind you Malvern water is said to have magic properties, lol. It was also the only water our late Queen would ever drink.

My son and I were in the town last night sat by the ‘Elgar’ statue, watching people filling plastic containers, bottles etc from a piped gushing spring on ‘Bellevue’. This water is 100% pure unprocessed ‘Malvern’ water, and is the best I’ve ever tasted.

pops I’m lucky my water tastes fine out of the tap I had a Brita water jug and was buying the filters but I honestly couldn’t tell a difference in taste ! A lot of people don’t drink water they say it’s a boring drink but I drink a lot always take a water bottle to my local country park and sit under a tree next to the stream watching the ducks etc
