me again! So I’ve had a contract from motability to say they are extending my Sportage from feb 22/august 22 6 months as I’ve already had the car 5 years. On the agreement I need to sign and send back it says the rental agreement  of £244.80 every 4 weeks. Now my question is with the benefits on mobility payments going up in April will that mean they will owe me some of the benefit payment back? I’m going to call motability but was just curious as I’m not the best with maths but I think that’s less than what il be given come April so I will be owed some of the benefit back?

Hi Laura

Normally Motability take the whole amount of your PIP allowance when the allowance is increased but my feeling are your in a new area with the lease being 5 plus years so not sure anyone would know the answer to your question.
