6 weeks with our MG HS and a stone chip has spread into a crack within 12 hours, I didn’t take into consideration that whilst replacing the windscreen all the safety/auto  systems will need recalibrated, no problem with the 4 hour timescale but a 3 week wait is the earliest appointment I can get in the whole of Essex and East London, maybe that should be hole , I can only put it down to all the bullet ricochets that must need fixing, at least it’s only the £50 excess.
