Advice on order

      Hi All,

       

      on Saturday I was at dealership to arrange ordering my next car. It was a really unprofessional experience, hence my concerns now.

      The mobility application was approved this early morning, as weekend, so expected.

      i am assuming that the dealers now orders the car. But should  receive any confirmation, estimated or anything from dealership to confirm.

        In the best of times we don’t get much information from the dealer on where in the system our orders are. The dealer could sit on the order for weeks but as long as Motability have acknowledge the order in your account any AP due is fixed priced.

        Apart from the Motability confirmation of my order with a VW dealer the only other thing I know and have is the invoice for the car but doesn’t necessary mean the car has been ordered but would be very surprise if it hadn’t after 5 months but yes I’m afraid were just Mushrooms once we signed the paperwork at the dealers on order day.
