I’ve got out of the habit of watching the Queen’s speech as I’ve had lots of grandchildren that need to be entertained at that time, but I’m going to make sure I watch the Queen this year as a mark of respect.
Her Majesty and I are not getting any younger and a few minutes spent renewing an old acquaintance will add to the Christmas cheer.
