oh wow both wigwam, i tried tramadol a couple of years ago when they were trying to find a combo that worked.it did strange things to my head lol. the gabapentin in combination with the paracetamol and codeine seems to be as good as it gets, i am never pain free but its liveable and i can up the gabapentin short term on a bad day and it just makes me sleepy which is ok as i dont get out much and i wouldnt risk driving on a bad day anyway.
