years ago i was refferred to pain management clinic in notts, at that time it was just for my knees.helped a bit advice on pain meds learnt that i need to take them all the time rather than just when in pain,also gave me a tens machine. that worked for a while. the advice is good and it certainly helps with knowledge its a pity they dont seem to pass it on to gp’s they may be a bit more understanding.
havent checked to see if they have anything similar here will do that as the pains at another level now.
just a bad day lol.
