with reference to voicing things to Motability, I’ve always been of the opinion that 1000 individual voices are better than 1 umbrella voice, motability isn’t a one size fits all and a lot of things are on an individual bases, motability already have people in place that Do mystery shop, reviews, articals,questions and answers,reports etc, details of which and contact numbers can be found in the Motabilty LifeStyles magazine.
