I think that Motability themselves should be more proactive in this area. All dealerships must be approved by Motability before being awarded the ability to sell to its customers. They must agree to have two Motability advisors, disabled parking etc. Why do they not insist that as part of the agreement they must give access to extended test drives of 24 hours? If the dealer can’t agree to this then they lose there accreditation. Motability have huge pulling power here why not use it?
