My memory is rubbish and as a consequence I told them I would have to refer to my copy of the form because otherwise I would just me making it up as I went along, it’s not like you’re trying to cheat on an exam, it’s all information you already provided once so just refer back to it whenever you need to, they were absolutely fine with it.
