I see the labour Party has problems with plans to oust Watson. Will the EU grant an extension? If they do I see it as a sign of weakness and their desire and, not to put too fine a point on it, need, to strike a deal. All it is going to take is 1 state (I use this rather than country) to veto an extension but in reality it is Germany and France dictating to the others.
I believe we can leave (and should leave) with no deal. Over 80% of MP’s legislated for this when we triggered A50 but many have cold cold feet now or, as is most likely, want to reverse Brexit. Failure to deliver will be the gravest misjudgement and miscalculation in modern times and will unleash anger and fury, the like of which we have not seen in our lifetime. We cannot have a situation in our so called democracy where the losers win.
