I’ve been looking into things for a while and Having read a few articles and information from various sources and asking questions, I believe the New branding is inline with Motability aiming to target the other Million people that are eligible to the scheme but chose not to use it. I can’t link to it as I didn’t scribble down were I read it but. Drum roll The DWP are sending out information leaflets about and how to join the scheme! (and I was surprised they would as I don’t see their gain) I’m guessing motability are supplying them with the packs as Motability will not have the information on people that are eligible, and I believe I read DWP are sending them out to ones not already on the scheme 30,000 runs at a time. I was shocked a corporate company could use and target potential customers in this way (in fact my first thought was that’s wrong that’s got to be illegal on so many levels)
i think from the end of this month until May next year we are going to see a massive awareness campaign.
