Do they do long life service on petrol engines as well now?
leaving a petrol car for 2 years without replacing filters fuel/air/oil etc and no checks on the HT circuit components means a rougher running engine, less power/economy and bigger carbon build up in the head, not what I’d call a step forward.
A diesel engine on the same cycle doesn’t suffer half as much with the reduced servicing.
