Not an update really, just to say I have sent a letter to Motability Operations, again asking why these odd 70p/71p have suddenly appeared and also enquired about the £1.71 descrepency that WMC has pointed out above.
I have also requested that if they wish to respond by telephone, they do at least have the courtesy to find out the answer to the query before telephoning me, rather than just trying to fob me off (again).
