    Hello nicdigby

As a rule of thumb. Motability usually take care of  informing DVLA that you are no longer the registered keeper of the vehicle. I returned my old Motability car to the dealership where I got my new one from.

A week later I got a nice cheque for the good condition bonus. (have you had yours?)

Then about 3 weeks later I received a letter from DVLA stating that  I am no longer registered as the keeper of the old car.

Maybe just DVLA being slow. So please do not worry. Just ring Motability on Monday morning and they will sort it out.

Do let us know how you get on.
