Personally the after sales service we got from Mercedes has been crap and another reason why we are swaying toward the Tiguan. Of the 7 alloys, 3 cracked and the rest buckled. Complained to merc and they put a note in the system and motability did put a “mark” against the dealer apparently. Now having claimed three times on insurance for the same problem we now have a higher excess to pay even though motability assured us the claims wouldn’t go against us!
still remember when the car went to the insurers for two two buckled wheels (according to merc) to then find out there was actually four! The insurance and Mercedes then spent weeks arguing about fixing it!
complete shower of s**t in all honesty!
