Surely as the Mobility allowance rises (all be it at a low amount of increase) each year, and the cars are increasing in price, meaning that we have fewer on the list, it is blatantly obvious that Motability needs to increase the the Caps, even if it also means that they have to increase the AP cap and maybe use their funds that we helped to generate.
