In need of some advice. Just been to my local Mercedes dealer to chase up the car i have order only to be told that the “com number” was not yet issue by Mercedes. When i asked how long is then the car takes to arrived from the issue of the “com number” the answer was 8 weeks!! Bare in mind the delivery is on the 3rd of September should i be worried?
Try not to worry to much RomiosCyp. Just bear in mind that if there is a further delay, then your can have your current car lease extended until the new one arrives. Your contract will not start until you input your mobility code in at the dealers.
You could also ask Mobility to ring Mercedes to see when the comms code is expected.
