I think where it translates to motability is that due to the BIK becoming 0 to company car drivers, the demand for electric cars from them is going to use up the stocks of these vehicles.
As motability is mainly a dumping ground for manufacturers, it will get the diesel and petrol castoffs but not the electric vehicles. This is why the AP’s of electric vehicles on the scheme are so high.
