If manufacturers were allowed to take the allowances direct instead of only Motability (pip etc) with a half decent deposit there would be no need for credit checks and would open up the New/Nearly New and Demonstrators market and choice to lots and totally change the struggling car industry, dealerships especially would no longer be lumbered and have to register cars just to keep thier quoters with manufacturers, but would be able to offer these cars at reduceded rates with the guaranteed weekly payments.
