My old picasso 1.6hdi averaged 58.4mpg over the 37,000 miles that I owned it for, never missed a beat and actual mpg on a run at 70 on the flat was reading 84mpg, I know that the computers lie but I always use a specific card to fill my cars and I keep a note of the cost/litres(have done for years since my general haulage days) and 58.4 was what it worked out to, the actual car readout said it had done 56.9 so not too far out tbf and whilst I do drive on cruise on motorways I make up for that round town by driving like I’m on fire! ?
