The repair time mentioned above are about right although those times can go to several weeks if the temporary replacement car has to have adaption as these type of car are not held by car hire firms.
I was rear ended in February and my Motability was in for repair for exactly two weeks to the day but they did not access the repair before it went in so part of that time was waiting for a new bumper to be delivered to the repairer.
It took near on four weeks to get a replacement car due to the adaption and need of a hoist plus repair time came to six weeks but assume you don’t have to worry about needing adaptions.
