Nick was asking why the Govt have not published their National Emergency Fuel Plan (NEFP), as other European countries have already done so.
Like the CEO of Shell who suggested by months end there will be shortages of fuel for the foreseeable future, months.
No doubt the Govt will publish the NEFP and there will be panic buying.
Do not suggest that there is nothing wrong. In a couple of weeks we will see how bad its going to get.
