Annoyingly that screenshot is taken from a page from the site that is open to the public, as it’s not on the logged in side.
I do feel sorry for dealers etc, they are not experts in this, and it’s fast moving and not always an easy concept to explain. Motability have done themselves no favours by putting badly worded text on the customer facing website.
