Well its only 18 days to the next quarter are we going to see an AP increase to offset the dreaded July quarter, my window opens on the 9th May 2026 or I could wait until 10th August 2027 by then the dust would have settled.
Did you really mean August 2027 or should that be August 2026? I would hopefully expect ‘the dust would have settled’ by the former, not necessarily the latter!
Bearing in mind the VAT on AP’s and Insurance Premium Tax takes effect on Motability vehicles ordered on or after 1st July 2026, you may well be better served ordering prior to this date (unless you really want to fund Rachel from Accounts with some VAT).
Obviously there is the chance of the AP on a specific vehicle coming down on 1st July (start of Q3) but that’s the usual gamble.
