I could not agree more this is only going to expand to everyone in the future, my time with the scheme is getting very near to the end.
Yes, it has the hallmarks of it creeping in to affect all customers in future.
If there was even the merest chance of a return to the scheme for me (which there isn’t), this policy alone has aborted it for sure.
