    Update:

    The Kamiq is going into the dealer on Friday. This was the earliest that they could fit me in and they have not been able to supply me with a courtesy car. I can’t get the car up from Taunton to Weston before 14:00. They’re now telling me that they won’t be able to look over the car on Friday, which is semi understandable, but they’re refusing to book alternative transport (A rental car) over the weekend for an unknown reason.
    I called the Onward Travel team from the RAC but they won’t book me a car because the AA / ŠKODA Assist came out two weeks ago rather than the RAC. The helpful lady from the RAC said that the dealer should be the one who puts in a request for a hire car via 1Link because I’ve given the dealer three weeks notice and the car will be out of action over the weekend. This is what I’d initially gone back to Mon Motors in the first place as that’s what’s written on the Motability website and handbooks.
    They did try to get me booked in for the 16th of March with a courtesy car but I was advised by the AA to get the car booked in ASAP due to the potential problems with the clutch / gearbox.

    All of my previous dealings with Europcar were done off the back of a breakdown with the RAC.

    Anyone else had any problems that have been similar with arranging transport?
