I do like how you do that and come up with such a chart 🙂 However, isn’t it the general conception that comfort (in this case) tends t0 cost more and therefore, if one has a set budget and the choice is inside that budget, it should hold number 1 spot?

Spreadsheets was my living when I could work, doing stuff like this is just play now.

Comfort plays a big part and yes, if it sits within the budget it’ll be a better bet but why spend more than is necessary?  If the Enyaq test drives as well as the EV5, with a half price AP, that’s a lot of money we wouldn’t have to sacrifice.  We test drove one before the current lease and it didn’t win despite being cheaper.  That said, there’s a number of price changes to come and there’s an expectation that the EV5 will drop a bit but there’s whatever happens in July to negotiate.

There’s also the consideration that the Scheme isn’t everything, although finding something that is suitable and 3 years old that’s better than the EV5 is a challenge.  I don’t think I want another Ioniq 5 that doesn’t have what this one has, it feels like downgrading.   To purchase the options are Mach Es, Enyaqs or the odd EQC.
