What the Motability C/O gets as a wage does not concern us. It is commensurate with any large company. There is no competition and neither is it required, if you want competition go to Leasing com Motability is setup as a Govt Quango to provide cars to people who have disabilities. The 4 or 5 banks that oversee Mobility Ops were put in charge to provide financial backing and accounting. If you want to bash Motability better if you do it somewhere else. It is not perfect, but its the best we can possibly have.
