As I said the email received did state that the above highlighted points were currently been considered, when I completed the survey I made very clear that as a high milage customer currently approximately 22000 per year I would not be willing or able to supplement my milage above 10000 miles at 28p per mile I also stated my deep disappointment with motability to be pressured by the government and press the way they have and to publicly show no support or defence for their disabled customers furthermore as mentioned above I made known my views on the ridiculously high annual income of the motability CEO and no doubt countless other high salaried executives as many others have said this is going to very likely be my last vehicle with the scheme after 26 years
