@kdwolf Do you have to pay extra for doing 75k miles over 3 years? Am I incorrect in thinking that the limit is 60k over 3 years? The reason that I ask is that if you currently have to pay a pence per mile surcharge for the miles that you do over 60k, you might find that an upfront cost for higher mileage drivers might work out better and soften the blow a bit.
I wasn’t passing comment or making judgement BTW, as it’s great that you are working and paying your share. Having worked all my life I can relate to that and, even though I am now retired, I’m still a higher rate tax payer, so still contribute many times more to the exchequer than we gain through having a Motability car! As they say, there are only two things certain in life – death and taxes 😞
