Motability have certainly got stricter over the last year or so and unfortunately, its only going to get worse. What was once a lax approach where one key will do and 2 year extensions easy to come by is no more. I expect the employee’s level of perks hasn’t altered!
Apart from the odd exceptional extension, the only way to be grant 5 years is through the grants team, as @Jojoe points out above.
