In terms of GCB, I know its not what you want to hear…(sorry!) and I am sorry that it was stressful, but all that Motability is doing is properly reinforcing the rules whereas previously they allowed some leeway. The problem is that people hate losing something they had once and its hard to accept.
I am sorry to hear of your experience nonetheless. Must have been very stressful.
