as far as im aware motability are aware with the ongoing hire car as for level of repairs and communication with branch and motab im not sure
i know theres now “legal” timeframe other than it has to be deemed “reasonable” i have offered advice as to that effect and out with part sourcing and deliverys was just wondering if there was a general rule of thumb motab follow
i.e – 3 – 4 months query why
6+ ascertain vehicles roadworthyness / delays and asses value for money to the brand the consumer and customer and it were to be unknown or further extensive delays then terminate under mechanical failures
Sadly it does look like the same issue the new module MG told them to fit failed amongst everything else and the issue still persists i have tried to find out if this happened within the first 30 days as i think even as a motab customer the “right to reject/return” policy is still a viable option
